A: Yes. Your $15 registration fee covers up to three total submissions. You can submit them all at once or across multiple entries—just be sure to use the same email and payment confirmation each time. -
A: Yes, as long as it fits this year’s theme, is original, and hasn’t been published in another book or commercial project. -
A: Yes. We now accept original AI-assisted short films up to 3 minutes in length. You must host your film on YouTube or Vimeo and provide the link in the submission form. Top films will be featured in a special Night Shift livestream showcase. -
A: Any visual style or technique is allowed—AI animation, motion collage, found footage remix, analog-style edits, rotoscoping, voice synthesis, etc.—as long as it reflects original direction and interpretation of the theme.

A: Yes. We welcome AI-assisted art if it reflects real creative intent. Use AI like a tool—not a shortcut. Curate, layer, paint over, remix. Submissions that feel like raw MidJourney screenshots probably won’t make the cut. -
A: All visual mediums are welcome: digital illustration, analog painting, collage, photography, glitch art, AI-assisted images, mixed media—anything that fits the theme.

A: Mood, symbolism, storytelling. The strongest pieces feel like they belong to a larger mystery. They might look like a dream, a piece of leaked evidence, or an artifact from another dimension.

A: You’ll be featured in the Night Shift Art Challenge 2025 book—a limited-run printed collection available on TeamNightShift.com. You may also be featured on a Night Shift livestream, interview, or social spotlight.

A: It will be available for purchase on TeamNightShift.com as a limited-edition physical art book.

A: Yes. You retain full ownership. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to include your piece in the printed book and use it in livestreams, videos, and promotional materials—with full credit.
